Philippians 1:4-6
The District has three departments (DFF, DFO, DPS) appointed by the
East District Board of Directors. Departments are populated with a
representative from each of the nine Circuits within the District.
Representatives are appointed on a staggered three-year rotation and
serve their Lord and His Church on a voluntary basis. The Church
Extension Fund (CEF) operates under the authority and direction of
the Department for Finance. The Malinsky Memorial Archives, located
in St. Catharines, Ontario, are the official archives for the
District.
