The Law, the Gospel...and the Rest of Your Life!
(A Higher Things Day-Retreat) — Hanover Circuit

When: 9:30 am (registration); 10:00 am (conference begins)

Where: St. John’s Lutheran Church, Mount Forest, Ontario

Who: Confirmed youth, pastors, other interested adults.
God deals with us in two ways: the Law and the Gospel.
The Law shows us our sins. The Gospel delivers to us Jesus, who saves us from our sins. Every Lutheran knows that, right? So, what about the rest of your life? Can the Law and the Gospel tell us what to do after high school? Or who to marry? Or what college to go to? What's the Law and Gospel say about that? Gather together with Lutheran youth for the FIRST-EVER Higher Things Retreat in Canada as Pastor George Borghardt, Conference Executive of Higher Things and Senior Pastor of Zion Lutheran Church in McHenry, Illinois teaches us how to apply God’s Law and Gospel to our lives today.

(Higher Things is a Recognized Service Organization of the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod www.higherthings.org)

Cost: $20/person
